I just purchased a 1991 non turbo. I do enjoy tuning my cars, for the reason of gaining horsepower. From what I have read, exaust and rotary engines mesh well. My concern is, I dont wanna sound like every civic on the street. Is there a system anyone could recomend that sounds throughty without having that low horsepower crackle. I would almost wanna keep it closest to the stock sound, with the most gains possible.

The Racing Beat system is the best for what you are looking for but also a bit pricey, However the quality of the exhaust is top knotch.

Non-turbo cat back is $576.
Non-turbo header is $204.

IMO the best sounding exh. for a 2G NA

No exhaust will sound like a civic. A cheap exhaust on a NA RX7 will sound like a chainsaw on crack though, hence my name.
