would it be a good idea if i i use s4 side housings and s5 rotor housing and a s5 rotors together? What are the best set up would anyone would recommend? Thanks

mate ...other way around
s4 turbo rotors are 8.5 comp and more boost friendly (the small loss of torque is well and truly compensated by higher boost levels.)
s5 endplates have superior strength around dowel at oil filter(rear)
s5 front plate has superior oil o ring support to reg.
use the s4 front chest and water pump., this will give you the mechanical OMP(oil injection),because some ECUs have no ability for electronic one.
better comb is....
s5 plates
s4 housing and rotors
s4 front chest omp and water pump.
s5 manifolds
s5 turbo.
