As I notice, the stock radiator fan is powered by a pulleys which is an extra weight on crank pulley, ac pulley, etc. Is there any way of removing this and swithing to a electric radiator fan? If so, is there any great benefit on doing this? Thanks JP

The stock fan is driven off the crank; not by pulleys. Anyway, it is a very popular mod to replace it with an electric fan but I'm not very fond of doing that. The mechanical fan is extremely reliable and pulls more air than any electric fan available. There are reasonably good electric fans, like the Black Magic (3,000+ CFM) but they are expensive and not as reliable.
