The best vendor guide out there is by the Northstar RX-7 Club, where feedback on service is provided by those who have used them, along with a rating system. Very useful. www.northstarrotaries.com/vendors/

The Parts Trader is a great site for buying and selling rotary engine cars and parts. It is totally free and always has a great selection. Caution, however, is in order due to buying from strangers over the internet. Always get a name and address of the seller, ask to see pictures of the actual item, ask detailed questions, then use a credit card (through paypal.com, for example) or an escrow service if possible.

Rather than try to list a bunch of links, here is a Google search engine to help you find all the good stuff out there. Try various search terms, like "Rotary Engine", "RX-7" and "RX7" (notice the different results between those last two...)
